Terms and Conditions for Sole Occupancy Group Bookings

Payment Terms

  • Deposit: To confirm the booking, a deposit payment of 20% of the full amount is to be transferred to the bank account of Plas Isa in Dolgellau. We will confirm receipt of the payment after which the booking is confirmed. For bookings within 2 weeks of arrival, full amount is due as confirmation of booking.

  • Payment in Full: Remainder of the payment is to be transferred to our bank account 2 calendar weeks before date of arrival.

Cancellations

  • In case of cancellation, please notify us as early as possible.

  • For cancellation within 21 days before arrival, we might keep the deposit (20% of total payment).

  • For cancellation within 1 calendar week before arrival, we might keep the full amount due.

General

  • Changes to the date of the booking is always subject to availability.

  • Please understand that we cannot accept stag- or hen parties.

  • The booking is for maximum of 19 people only. We will ask for exact number of guests per bedroom ahead of the group’s arrival.

  • Groups with members staying in different accommodation, please note that the building is for the sole use of those staying at Plas Isa only.

  • Pets are not allowed in the house, at any time.
